White Schnauzer Rochard Limoges Box

Bushy brows, a tidy beard and a coat painted white give this Schnauzer its unmistakable look. The Rochard dog is the box itself, shaped in porcelain and hand-painted in Limoges, France.

Whiskers and Eyebrows

Schnauzers come from Germany, where they once guarded farms and chased rats, and the breed's square face is instantly recognizable. A white coat is less common than salt and pepper, which gives this one a crisp, bright look. Every Rochard box is finished by hand, so the shading on the beard and brows varies slightly.

For the Schnauzer Household

Owners of white Schnauzers often say it is hard to find their dog represented, and that makes this piece a welcome find. It suits a groomer's front desk, a nightstand or a curio shelf. As a present it works for a new puppy, a dog's birthday or as a tribute to a pet who has passed.

Line it up with Westies and Scotties for a terrier shelf full of personality.
