Small Scottie Dog Rochard Limoges Box

Short legs, a wiry beard and ears pricked straight up: the small Scottie on this Rochard box has all the confidence of the breed. The dog forms the box itself, in porcelain hand-painted in Limoges, France.

Highland Attitude, Pocket Size

The Scottish Terrier was bred to hunt in rough Highland ground, and it still carries itself like a much bigger dog. Rochard's small version keeps that stubborn charm in a size that tucks into almost any spot. As with every hand-painted piece, small differences in the brushwork make each Scottie its own.

Tartan and Terriers

Scotties have been a favorite emblem for generations, turning up on holiday cards, sweaters and tartan scarves. This box sits naturally with other terriers, with a Scotland travel shelf, or beside golf and bagpipe pieces.

Little Dog, Lasting Memory

• A Rochard piece in the small size
• Fits a narrow shelf, a desk corner or a windowsill
• A natural present for a Scottie owner, a golfer back from Saint Andrews or a Burns Night host

Set it near the front door, where a real Scottie would stand guard.
